What we collect
- Account data: your email address (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).
- Your content: the homes, inventory items, photos, receipts, warranty documents, notes, and maintenance tasks you add. This is private to your account.
- Device & diagnostics: app version, platform, and crash reports (via Sentry) with personal content scrubbed.
- Product analytics: non-identifying usage events (via PostHog). We never send item names, serial numbers, notes, filenames, addresses, or your email to analytics.
- Subscriptions: purchase status via RevenueCat and the app stores.
How we use it
To provide the app's features, keep your records secure and backed up, process subscriptions, diagnose crashes, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Storage & providers
Data is stored with Supabase (database + private file storage). Analytics: PostHog. Crash reporting: Sentry. Subscriptions: RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play.
Data retention & deletion
Your content is retained until you delete it or delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Delete account, or via our account deletion page.
Your rights & contact
You may access, export, correct, or delete your data. Export is available in the app (Settings → Export data). Contact us at support@querywing.com.
Security
We protect your data with per-account access controls (Row-Level Security), private storage with short-lived signed links, and encrypted transport. We do not claim end-to-end encryption.
